At the moment, EMS PreCab has a workforce of about 250 employees. The workers in the engineering and design section consist of engineers, master craftsmen and technicians from the fields of woodworking, electrical engineering, supply and decoration, together with designers and technical draughtsmen who convert customer requests into reality with our efficient 3D tools.
The production section is staffed for example with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, logistics specialists, fitters and helpers.
We offer our employees regular training and qualification courses to remain constantly up-to-date. Aftersales support for our cabins in on-going cruise service is also part of our concept for keeping the quality and development of our products on a high standard.
